You bring up some good points.

I'm a universal Christian, which means I think that eventually, all people will go to Heaven. I believe that God is love, and doesn't abandon any people to Hell for eternity. As for the flood, I definitely believe that there WAS something of a flood -- there's geological evidence.

As for God using it to punish the human race and everything, I'm pretty sure that it didn't happen the way it's portrayed in the Bible. We must understand that no one during that time understood science. A drought? Oh, I guess we didn't sacrifice enough goats.

(And I don't think people understand your point with the graphics -- they're SUPPOSED to look like that, like a child's drawing. At least, that's what I got out of it.)
